What is the validity of IREF GMS certificate?
Institute of Real Estate and Finance (IREF) is an autonomous specialized institute for real estate ,construction and finance related professional programs .Our certification is industry recognized and recommended and focused towards specialized knowledge, jobs and placements .Till now IREF has certified more then 3000+ students and professionals and they are doing exceedingly well in the industry
When I will get my certification/certificate?
Once learner complete there exam or assignments as per instruction of course coordinator or trainers .Within 1 month of completion of program they receive hard copy of certificate .Students can also get the certificate in IREF convocation ceremony held in different cities as per given schedule .

Do we get placement opportunity?
All our programs are job oriented program will provide all our students full support in placements. Regular placement activity is conducted form our head office to place our students and connect then to desired companies.
How do I need to pay Fees?
You can use our online payment link on home page and in every course page to pay the fees directly or use our bank account details to pay which will be provided by your counselors .Our counsellor will support you in the same.
Can I pay Fees in Installments?
Installment facility is only available in PG live classroom program. You can ask your counselor to share the information.
Do IREF GMS support us in Education Loans?
We have our education loan partners which help you in providing loan for your certificate program and PG Program at 0 % (zero percent) interest rate .Do ask our counselor for the same.
How Examination are conducted in programs
The examination is conducted online and in classroom-based courses, you opted for online exams, you can give it on your computer, and for the classroom-based exam, you can choose, your city and time based on the exam schedule.
